1-OBJECT OF THE SERVICE

2-ACCESSES TO THE SERVICES

The Customer if he wishes to use the services, orders a vehicle by telephone in +33(0).626.335.207 The standard is accessible from Monday till Friday from 10:00 am till 12:00 am and from 2:00 pm till 7:00 pm, and the weekend from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm. It is possble  to reserve by e-mail for the address

 In case of booking by e-mail, this last one can be considered as validated only after confirmation of our service booking (under 12 hours).

3-TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment is to be made to the pilot(driver) by credit card, by check or in cash during the trip. USB offers the possibility of signing contracts. The modalities are available with the service of the bookings or on our site,

USB reserves the right to change in a discretionary way its price lists(rates) without advance notice

4-WEIGHT AND SIZES OF LUGGAGE TRANSPORTED BY USB:

To insure a transport in optimal conditions of safety, the weight and the size of luggage do not have to exceed 30 kg and 50*40*30 ( L*l*h).

5-SERVICES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSURANCES OF USB

USB makes a commitment to do what's necessary to lead the passenger to destination as soon as possible and in the optimal conditions of security.

As such, the driving and the holding of the vehicle belong to USB who answers the prescriptions of the Traffic rules.

The insurance contract signed by USB is a contract which guarantees the transport of persons in return for remuneration, the physical injury unlimitedly and the material and immaterial direct damages caused to the passengers, since the climb on the vehicle until the descent, these two included actions, except the damages caused because of the traveller.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to smoke, to transport flammable, explosive, corrosive or toxic substances, (aimed by the ministerial decree of April 15th, 1945 and texts modificatifs). The disregard of this condition engages the responsibility of the Customer and the passenger. USB saves himself then the possibility of any possible appeal.

Animals are not allowed in the transport except specific arrangement, in any case USB would not know how to see engaging its responsibility of this fact.

It is expressly advisable that the delays over the periods of transport due to unexpected difficulties of traffic do not open straight ahead to compensations of all kinds (traffic jams, accidents, abnormality, meteorological conditions, diverse events etc.)
